Mahindra Two Wheelers — Engine problem in Rodeo

Mahindra Rodeo 125 cc purchased on[protected] from Gupta Auto, Chinchwad, Pune ran only 9689 km till[protected] taken required regular service. On[protected] when went for service, supervisor told me that there is major defect in engine by hearing its engine sound and estimated Rs.12000/- expebditure. Though this types of engine's sound was already exists when it was in warranty but I could not undrstand it, being not a expert of engine and never told before by service centre personnel. Now it becomes burden on me. I recieved call by mahindra team in response to my comlain on facebook but problem has not been solved yet. Dealer has taken xerox of vehicle papers and made me waiting up to what time i don't know. Please solve my problem by giving parts of engine and service without any charge urgently.
