Mahindra Two Wheelers — gusto 110 scooter service

I gave my my mahindra gusto 110 to mahindra service center pss agency thrissur. Tc no. Xix/384, distillery road vanchi kulam thrissur - 680711. On 7th aug 2019. They returns the scooter on 10th august after the service. They collected 2000 plus rupees for service. After taking tthe vehicle home i found that non of the complaints resolved properly. Now they are saying it will be automatically fixed after some days o[censored]se.. On 16th august again i took vehicle to them and offered money again to correct those issues. After that they agreed to take vehicle again for service. L waited long time in service center and they are not attending the vehicle. After giving the slip.. Need advise on how to approach consumer court for these kind of cheating g behavior from mahindra service center.
