Dear Mahindra, From the day ONE this Gusto is troubling me, i think you have given me the DEfective one which i had mentioned to you long back. Everytime i have to call up your customer care and complain for all reason because here the service centre is very casual and its just waste of time. I had sent for the FREE service after 10000 kms and had mentioned the person to write down my problems, he had noted down but didn't rectified which was very serious. The most important was the handle/steering was very loose and making noise when the front brakes applies, the same problem is also from the day one, but i thought the sound will go away but slowly slowly it is getting serious. After the servicing they just gave it back by just washing and charged me around RS.700/(charged for servicing beacause i misplaced my book) nevermind nut they should rectify the problem. When i called up the customer care and complaint, the service centre person called me and apologised for the same and told me that he had adjusted and the parts been ordered.Than i had told him that he should have told me the same after the servicing. Again there was a call from the customer care and asked me, what had happened with my scooter.., this is just a joke.., you all people dont communicate ..., now i have to tell the same story and the service centre person had told me that the parts has been order., , once the parts come they will call me. On 10th Oct.i got acall from one lady and told me that the parts have and and to send the scooter, i had checked with her if the same day is Holiday and if the service centre might be closed, than she told me not to worry the service centre is open and my work will be done, When i had sent my scooter it was told that the parts have come but the mechanic is absent, , this is disgusting and waste of time.., than i got a call and told me to send on 14th Oct. which i have sent buthe job was not done properly and Rs.800/- has been charged which should be FREE Why i have to pay after so much of troubling you and your Gusto have given. Now i am using with a scary sound coming from the front/handle which may harm further and might fall somewhere. Now i will be unable take my scooter to your service centre since i dont have anymore time, please send someone to collect and rectify and than send it back to my place.
