Mahindra Two Wheelers — inferior quality of bike and subsequent service | |||
I had purchased mahindra bike centuro model in oct.2014. Ch. No. Mcdkg1b14e1h49044. E no. Upeeh050756 got registered in my name with registration no. Dl 9s ar 9562 on 03.11.2014. Since i purchased following complaint remain unsoved till date. 1. Mileage u claim 87.5 on road i got 45 km 2. Service centre never got set its pollution level. 3. Even in 3 years of regular service from your authorised centres i never got these issued settled. Ultimately my bike fails to pass pollution.. It is very surprising to know that 4 stroke bike fails pollution test. Which i got set from one local mechanic on the advice of pollution check centre. Being a reputed company it is not appreciable for you. What i can do now is that i am advising all people not to purchase your bike. As you does not keep your promises you are claiming to customers. I am not here to get some words from you but just to inform you what you are giving to the customers. Beside above i would also like to submit that battery quality is also not up to the mark as i got it changed twice in 3 years while in my previous bike of splendor i got it changed twice in 12 years only. The quality of tyres you are providing is also inferior. Thats all. Thanks if you notice it and also thanks if you does not notice it.
