Mahindra Two Wheelers — mahindra gusto bike starter problem

Dear team, i purchased mahindra gusto bike 4 years back now i am facing bike starter problem, i am in pune maharashtra. I went to solum auto, pune 2 weeks back and i gave my bike to them but still they are saying they don't have the coil plate if they it is authorized service center then all material should be there, if suppose they don't have material then they need to order right away and they need to resolve issue asap. But after weeks aswell they are saying they don't have the material, i doubt they are really authorized service center. If they are then you need to make sure they have all the material and all your customers are happy.
Please look into this matter and try to improve your service.
