I ordered a gusto DX black for my father at ambala city on 28th november from Paytm . i was given dealer number on 29th of november and we started to contact them but in vain. somehow i managed to get their number from internet. and called them. they first say that they got notification from paytm but they will discuss with the owner of the dealership and let me know and then the call comes saying that they have not received any notification from paytm hence you can call in evening to again verify. i call in the evening a different agent pics up and says again that yes we have received the notification but black color is not in stock but we do have white i asked them to give white color. they said by tomorrow you shall get it. i again called them today and they again said that we have not received any notification from paytm. now that was shocking.
