Mahindra Two Wheelers — Mahindra gusto engine seized on 12th day of purchase | |||||
Dear sir I purchsed mahindra gusto scooter hx model from jmd dealer at tilak nagar new delhi on 6th march 2015. On 18th march 2016 when i was coming back from my office, it suddenly stopped running, i tool it to jmd automobiles for get it checked, they told me that no engine oil is there and due to that engine is seized and kept my scooter for 10 days for changing the parts. This is a shear negligence from company and dealer that within 370 kms of running this happened. I want my total amount back otherwise need a brand new scooter.
