Mahindra Two Wheelers — mahindra gusto scooter

I have bought mahindra gusto in november 2016, at the time of purchasing the salesman told us that the scooter gives 50-60 kmpl mileage, but it gives only 25 kmpl mileage, i have also contacted the service center of mahindra gusto but there is no improvement in the mileage. Suggest me what to do.
Scooter with flip remote, but sadly from the beginning the scooter finding does not work. Showed to service center... Answer is that part not available & then after giving for service couple of times they did not change the part.
Start button does not work everyday 1st thing in the morning, once it runs for 10mins, then the starter works.
Please rectify these 3 issues asap, if not will take this matter up to the consumer court.
