Mahindra Two Wheelers — Mahindra Gusto two wheeler | |||
I have purchased Gusto in January 2015 during its launch hoping to have good value for money scooter but i was wrong after 1 year the vehicle is having issues with self start, mileage, kicker & pick up too. I have been giving my vehicle for service to the Synergy the authorised sales & service center in bangalore from day one and after every service the vehicles performance is shattered. The clutch cover has cracked by itself, 1 month earlier during service they replaced the new battery and still the self start has issues, 5 days earlier again i reported these same issues which i had highlighted to them from past 3 services they took the vehicle and returned telling the clutch cover will come in 15 days and rest the self starting issue is resolved, its been only 1 days and the self start is not working the kicker is not working its become a pain. The service head Mr Vinayak Maladkar is also inspected the vehicle and promised to resolve the issue and no response since 12.5.17. I hope Mahindra will look into the matter seriously or will file a legal case of quality breach in the Consumer Forum. Was this information helpful? | |||

I bought this bike last YEAR 2016 June.
Recently I faced the battery problem and I go to the service Centre in mylapore Chennai, they told the battery is not working and the battery is 2015 year so we can't replaced it. Please reply me what can I do.
