Mahindra Two Wheelers — mojo ut300

I bought mahindra mojo ut300 on feb 1 from jmd automobiles, ganesh nagar. Second day it's battery stopped working. The jmd service centre installed and old battery and told me that they will change it very soon but they didn't. On april 8 my bike crashed and i sent it to the service centre for repairs. First few days they told me that the bike will be repaired within 20 days. After waiting for two months i checked the bike at the service centre and it was still not completed. They asked me 10 more days. After 10 days they again asked me to wait for 10 days. The service centre manager always kept giving me dates and i had to waste my whole day just to visit and sit at the service centre but they didn't compelled the repairs till 24 july and asked me to visit on 25 july and collect the bike. I kept complaint the owner of the showroom about the manager and he kept saying that parts are not available. On 25 july when things got out of the hands and i had a argument with the manager he called the owner and some of his friends who tried to threaten me that they will get my insurance claim cancelled with my insurance company as the person uncharged is their friend. They again did the same thing and installed old meter of their own old bike and said they will soon change it. The sound and quality of bike was unacceptable and it was releasing smoke from engine and the work was still not complete. I request you to stop torturing people who buy your products as an effort to support a company if their own country. I can't accept the fact that trusting mahindra gave me threats of getting insurance claim cancelled after passing and getting beaten up also. My name is rishabh pratap and my number is [protected]
