Mahindra Two Wheelers — non compliance of my complaint to repair/replace of parts within warranty period. | |||||
Sir, With great regret and pains I have to inform you that the sub dealer, namely Riya Auto Care (CH Automobiles), Chandlodiya, Ahmedabad (Mr.Hiren Kishti Owner), refused me to replace/repair the faulty wiring, because of which I had to quite often suffer. The bike, because of faulty wiring, on and off, come to standstill and I have to search for a mechanic as the same didn't even kick start. Even though I am having a valid warranty card and service book, the sub dealer, under one pretext or other, refused to accede to my complaint to replace the faulty wiring. As a last resort, I humbly request you to kindly direct the person concerned to immediately redress my complaint or else I will have to approach the Consumer Forum for the same.
