Mahindra Two Wheelers — pathetic motorbike & equally pathetic service quality | |
I had brought mahindra centuro motor bike (My vehicle no. Mh 47 f 6764) from authorized dealer of mahindra two wheelers called s. M auto located at goregaon west, mumbai on 15th october 2015. Within 6 months of purchase the paint started coming off, within 1 year i had to replace the battery with a new one and now within 2 years of purchase the engine gets stalled while the vehicle is in motion which is a very dangerous problem while the vehicle is in motion in traffic. I am strictly servicing the bike as per the schedules with the authorised service centre of mahindra two wheelers i. E s. M auto, also i had conveyed with them about the aforesaid problems. But the service centre has got a equally pathetic customer care policy. Firstly they don't listen to the complaints of the customer properly and understand the problem in their products. Worst they blame customer, petrol pumps for the shortcomings in their product. The workshop incharge rakesh is least professional in understanding and resolving the problems of the customers and doesn't value time commitment made to customers. No doubt with such worst product and pathetic service mahindra centuro had faded out from the market within a very short period. Was this information helpful? | |

1)changed clutch plate.
2)changed battery .
3) speed meter not working.
4)millage is not good.
5)Self start switch not working and last five day bike is not start.
6)spare parts is not available in market.
pls don't purchase Mahindra any product...
