I purchased Mahindra mojo 2 wheeler on Feb and within a month there was 8 puncture and.l now it's 20 puncture, I had raised a issue For defective tyre and show room from synergy located in. Basavangudi told me to go to ceat service centre, they asked me to call many people saying he wil do inspection and told me to come after a week and again this time story was changed saying ceat is no longer with pirelli, we cannot replace you with Pirelli Rossi || 150/60-17 and asked me to buy metzler buy paying 4600 additional, as I have no option everyday I have to go to office in same bike and fill the air in the morning before Going by evening tyre will be flattened again I have to fill air. Complaint also raised with ceat[protected] ticket is closed without solution. Who will be responsible for this either a showroom were I purchased bike by paying 2lakh 10thousand or the CEAT company, and customer are asked to run behind the people to get the issue resolved.
