Mahindra Two Wheelers — Unsatisfied service level | |||
Dear Team, This is Rajkumar, Mahindra 2 wheeler customer.I am the one who purchased Mahindra Centuro 3yrs back on august 2013.Since that day I am unable to drive my bike due to technical flaws and this has been reported to the authorized service center located nearby my residence Rithala Delhi.The service provided by the local Mahindra service centers has not been up to the mark and moreover was not up to the level of expectation as promised by your team members.Even after constant complaints I am roaming like a horse without a race course.The flaws in the bike are speedometer not working, Mileage issue and Engine jerks.I have already complained regarding this quite a many times.1 year ago I also complained regarding CDI unit of bike that also proved to be cumbersome for me as resolution was provided after 2 weeks.Right now my bike is in Teh. Dhanora, district Amroha U.P(Uttar Pradesh) and over there also the required service is not being provided.Now It's a humble request to you that please provide me the optimum resolution for this Mahindra 2 wheeler conundrum or replace my 2 wheeler .Else I will be provoked to knock the door of the consumer forum court.Awaiting your suitable response.
