Make My Trip — No Refunding For cancelled flight ticket

I am writing regarding the refund for my cancelled flight from Sharjah to Calicut, scheduled on 23rd April 2026, with PNR: J1YWPY.

Today, I received a communication from MakeMyTrip stating that the total refund processed is 0, which is unexpected and requires clarification.

I have already contacted Air India Express, and they confirmed that the refund was initiated on 16th April 2026 from their end.

Despite multiple attempts to contact MMT customer care team, including waiting on calls for extended periods, I have received no proper response or resolution. MMT support system has been completely unresponsive, and this level of service is highly disappointing and unprofessional.
It has now been a significant amount of time, and my money is still not refunded. This is not only frustrating but also unacceptable for a company of this scale. Customers trust these platform with their hard-earned money, and such negligence damages that trust severely.
