[Resolved] Make My Trip — Not void the ticket of kuwait airways PNR 8PW5MR

Dear Sir/Mam,
I booked the ticket from MakeMyTrip on 8 July 2025, Booking ID NN2AFIFM[protected], Kuwait Airways PNR: 8PW5MR, DEL-KWI, DOJ: 5 Aug 2025. Unfortunately, the booking was made on 5 August instead of 5 September 2025. After 10-15 minutes (approx 09:50 pm), I called to customer care no. [protected] to void this ticket. Someone has received the call, and they have registered the complaint to void this ticket/PNR. Void charge is approximately ₹350, cancellation charge 7500. Ticket voided same day before 11:59 PM. Kuwait Airways accepts the void option for cancellation of the ticket. This ticket is under DGCA/CAR policy for cancellation. But the ticket is not voided, and no one called back. I called the next day, and they replied that your ticket is not voided, your ticket is cancellation with an applicable charge of Rs. 7500.

Kindly help with only charging the void charges.
