[Resolved]  MakeMyTrip India — Complaining related to flight cancelled by Airline

I recieved email for my booking from Spice jet as provided below.

THIS IS AN AUTO-GENERATED MESSAGE. PLEASE DO NOT REPLY TO THIS EMAIL.

Dear Customer (PNR: PD7M5J): Due to schedule change, your SpiceJet flight SG 914 from Pune-Delhi dated 28 Sep 25 has been cancelled. We regret the inconvenience caused. You can rebook yourself on an alternate flight here https://spicejet.com/SPICEJ/cd.

And there was two option I went for refund as link was clicked from another email id refund done was 66 only however as flight was cancelled by airline full refund should be there and after discussion with Spice jet on 8th oct they refund remaining amount.

However its 17th oct still amount is not reflected back from make my trip and even on customer care no only option related to voice system no option to reach out customer care for this issue. This already created stress as middle person cant handle 5k loss without any reason.

Please refund amount refunded by airline
