I want to inform through this mail that MMT (Case Reference No.[protected] provided me a MMT gift voucher ([protected]) which was valid for 1 year and its expiry date was written as upto 24 May 2025 and the amount of this voucher was ₹75000.
Due to being busy throughout the year 2024-25, I could not use it, but I thought I would use it when the children's holidays came. As soon as the children's holidays came, I tried to use this card between 12 may to 15 may. But due to some technical error this card was not working. On this I asked for help from the company through mail but did not get any response from anyone. After that I got it rectified by consulting My Friend. As soon as it was started, I made 2-4 transactions with it. But due to my busy schedule, I could not use it completely. As its expiry date came closer I started booking holiday package from it on 23rd as my kid had holidays.
But due to some problem in the server the card stopped getting accepted, for which I tried till night. He also sent a mail late at night asking for help. After 12:00 in the night, as soon as the 24th date arrived, the card got blocked. Whereas the company has mentioned Upto 24th may 2025 on the card. Which means I can use it until the start of the 25th may 2025 (Or till 12:00 midnight on 24th).
After that I spoke to MMT Employee on their helpline number. Through mail they asked me to submit several documents on which they assured me to resolve the issue within 48 hours. All the action was futile. Even after many days have passed, now MMT is ignoring this case to avoid its written commitment. Due to which I suffered a loss of more than Rs 48, 000 to 50000.
Now I want to know from the company (MMT) that how can the company behave like this with their loyal customers despite being its customers for many years and who will compensate for my loss?
