I have booked a ticket PNR O2PQQL travel date- 01.01.2026 Akasa air flight no QP1822 New Delhi to Bengaluru. I got a message and email from Akasa that the fight has been cancelled due to the winter season schedule and you are re-accommodated for an alternate flight QP 1824 Departure 19.55hrs./Arrival time 22.55hrs.
As per the message/email I opted for the full refund and also submit the form for full refund the link given by Akasa. The revised timing not suitable to me.
I got a message from make My trip that my refund has been processed for INR 2285/-. I submitted cancellation request for full refund as per the message received from the airlines. I paid Rs.7049/- at the time of booking so kindly refund the full amount that I paid. The flight I booked cancelled by the airlines and the alternative time is not suitable for me. As per the message and email from airlines I opted for full refund.
