Dt of journey 09./11/2018 dep22.05 hrs ccu arr00.25 hrs 3. Indigo air lines 6e 6385 4. Ccu to rgn international flightjourney on 10/11/2018 By air india a1 227 dep 05.45 pnr nojr1xn andjr1xn 5. Both the tkt cancelld on 08/11/2018 I spoke several times on phone but did not get the refund till now. Further they are avoiding. Pl advise them to refund the money immediately.
