The said travels is failed due to mechanical issue near Mumbai. then driver send to me in another travels to reach Kosamba who has taken Rs. 700/- from me by saying that refund will credited within 24hrs. to you. But, it has not happened. while I reach the Shivay travels owner, he said that your booking is done through make my trip portal, you raise a complaint to them.

In this matter, please give me refund of Rs. 700/- on urgent basis.
