[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — indigo 6e-496 mumbai indore — double as well as higher billing | |||
I have billed twice for indigo 6e-496 mumbai indore flight on 31.05.2018 (Pnr - ohyzuq). I am charged rs. 7452/- for that through citibank card 4386xxxxxxxx1474 on 29.05.2018. At the same time i am again charged for my vijaya bank credit card no. Ending xxxx6017 for rs. 7452/- additionally which was earlier shown on the screen with message unable to contact your bank. For both this charges amount visible on screen was rs. 3705/-. Hence please refund me a sum of rs. 7452/- for having charged to vijaya bank card and rs. 3747/[protected] charged to citibank card. The booking has been made by me in the name of my mother mrs. Sadhna agarkar. Nobody is responding on customer care numbers. Was this information helpful? | |||

I have been booked ticket on 18.04.18 on travel 21.04.18 from visakhapatnam to chennai booking id NFJ[protected] AMT Rs.2594.unfortunately i couldn't travel on that date, and also am cancelling my ticket. kindly refund the cancellation amt credit account, Reg, R.mohan mobile no -[protected]

I booked a hotel total amount shown was 5978 and the amount deduction was 7713. This happened 2nd time. For refund they need upto 13 days. Till I didn't made payment amount was as deduction was too high. Cheaters.
