[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — jet air ways cancelled flight and inconsideration shown by make my trip staff | |||
There are 2 passengers flying from blr to edmonton on return trip. However klm flight operated by jet airways has has got cancelled for the sector of amsterdam to blr. One seat for pnr - pttkyi has been rerouted via yyz-cdg-blr however the second pnr has still not been confirmed - px3lj9. They are mother and daughter flying together and it has taken forever for the team to come back with solution. It is quite frustrating for us to keep waiting for the staff to revert and it is almost a week with no resolution. Please help!!
