I started the process of booking railway tickets on date 6/11/2017, depending on the make trip website.in this process, i deposited a sum of rs 1708 by using my debit card. Money was cut from my account but my railway ticket could not be completed, and the objections to go to the pending office have come. The only booking number i received is as follows: - nr[protected] i registered the mobile number: [protected]. Now, mys is that when i did not get railway ticket, then my cut money should have been transferred back to my account which has not yet been done... Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused. In reference to your complaint, while validating your case we have found that, on 06-Nov-17 your rail booking has got failed and an amount of Inr 1708.94 was debited from your account. Also, as checked, full refund has been processed from our end on the same day of transaction with a refund reference number#[protected]. The same should now be reflecting in your account.
