MakeMyTrip India — Mmt not refunding convenience fee on cancellation of flight due to airline

Hi,

I made a booking on trujet flight for 29th-june-21 but the flight got cancelled by airline due to operational reasons.
The total amount paid was inr 2859 but mmt refunded me inr 2550 and deducted the convenience fees of inr 299 and it was mmt airline partner who has cancelled the flight and not me. They are only suppose to charge convenience fee when the flight is cancelled by us and not by the airlines since convenience fee is supposed to be charged when helping us. Are you really a brand? Kindly show some courtesy and pay up what you owe to your customers! This is an unjust and unfair way of earning profits by fooling customers. I checked on the internet. There's alot of other mmt customers who have and are facing the same issue. Please address this issue at the earliest.
