MakeMyTrip India — Refund is not received for cancelled flight

I’m not able to reach any of Makemytrip customer service for my refund.

My booking was cancelled by Saudi Airlines to MakeMyTrip only 3 minutes after the ticket was issued. However, I did not receive any refund for more than 3 weeks now.
Moreover, I noticed MakeMyTrip are planning for a deduction of 155 AED. Refer to attached where paid amount 1893.15 AED while planned refund is 1738 AED.

Please note that till now I didn't receive any feedback of refund.

Since the cancellation was not initiated by me and happened almost immediately after booking, I request a full refund of the deducted amount.

Please clarify the reason for the deduction or refund the remaining amount. In addition, please expedite the total amount refund.
