MakeMyTrip India — Refund not processed for more than 3 weeks

My Flight was cancelled by the airlines and there was no option to reschedule to next. flight. During cancellation process, Makemytrip confirm the refund will be processed in 4 to 5 working days. Makemytrip did not refund for more than 3 weeks, Every day the system shows the date of refund is pushed to the next day. We called Makemytrip multiple times and they did not reply, once the call gets connected to a human operator, The Operator will disconnect the call without any discussion. After waiting for 30 - 40 minutes on the wait to connect the call, it's very frustrating when the person disconnects the call from other end without talking.

Please help to resolve the delay and process the refund as soon as possible,
