Dear team, my booking id nf[protected]. As per airports economic regulatory authority (Aera) has decided to refund the excess udf (User development fee). I have received the amount from indigo but from air india still its pending. Hence requesting you to refund it asap. I have already spoken to air india they will refund once makemytrip will put the refund request. Kindly do it on urgent basis. Also requesting you to provide direct no. Through which i can speak to your executive directly as to contact you is a very complicated process. Please contact me for any other information on my no. Asap. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused and delay in response. Further, in reference to your concern, while validating the issue we have found that, a refund of Inr 1431/- has been processed from our end against UDF charges for Indigo airline since we have received the same from them. Regarding refund of Air India UDF refund, we have already placed a request to them since there are multiple bookings for other passengers as well. Be assured that, we are following up with them on a regular basis to claim the refund as soon as possible. Will process refund post receiving from airline. We thank you for writing to us.
