MakeMyTrip India — Request for Correction of Booking Dates Without Additional Charges

Dear Sir/Madam,

I recently booked a room at Jain Group Royal Residency, Gangtok through MakeMyTrip. However, while making the reservation, I mistakenly selected the travel dates as 18 July to 19 July instead of my intended dates, which are 18 June to 19 June.

I kindly request your assistance in correcting this booking and changing the reservation dates from 18–19 July to 18–19 June, while keeping all other booking details unchanged.

Since this was an inadvertent error made during the booking process, I would greatly appreciate it if the date modification could be accommodated without any additional charges. Currently, the website is asking me to make a fresh payment for the revised dates, which would result in paying twice for the same booking.

Therefore, I request one of the following solutions:

Please modify my existing booking dates from 18–19 July to 18–19 June without any extra cost; or
If the modification is not possible, kindly arrange a full refund of the amount already paid so that I can make a new booking for the correct dates.

I would be grateful for your prompt assistance, as my travel plans are approaching.
