We are sorry to read about the issue, In reference to your complaint regarding the wrong penalty quoted.
Please note that we tried calling you twice but the call was not answered.
Kindly note that after cancellation we received the refund of INR 4074/-.
Please find below the break-up for the cancellation:
cancellation penalty for spicejet- INR 2136/- per person per sector and refund initiated of INR 5424/- from spice jet and refund from Go-Air we received the refund of INR 279/- in all total. For Jet airways the cancellation penalty is INR 4000/- per person per sector.
Hence no further refund can be process from airline, but as a good will gesture we can waive of the makemytrip service fees and convenience fees which is equal to 4500/-.
Kindly give us go ahead for the same.

Updated by sushil kumar pareek Its completely unethical, just because of our helplessness you people are looting, I agree regarding the rules of deductions by airlines, but logically and morally if you think how can you deduct 30, 000/- INR out of 34, 000/-within 05mnts of booking time and cancellation time, its the clear cut example of Monopoly, Loot and Bullying, I will file legal complaint against you all no matter I will loose Million Rupee, but i will definitely teach you a lesson.

Refund amount should be 3859.
I have called to customer care so many times but i havent got refund on any of the dates specified.
Havent received any refund to my bank yet.
