I am writing to report an issue with a failed booking on your platform. The booking was unsuccessful, but the amount of â‚¹7081 has been debited from my account.

Here are the details:

Amount deducted: â‚¹7081
Booking status: Failed / Not confirmed
Date of transaction: 5/4/26
Payment method: UPI

I have not received any confirmation for the booking, yet the amount has been deducted. I have also tried contacting customer care but received no response.

Kindly look into this issue urgently and process my refund at the earliest.

Please confirm once the refund is initiated.
