MakeMyTrip has received the refund of ?7181 from IndiGo, but they are not transferring it to me. I have called customer care many times — they keep hanging up. I also emailed the Grievance Officer but got no response.
It has been many days and they are delaying my money without any reason. Please help me get my refund.
