MakeMyTrip — Non-Refund for cancelled flight ticket

I booked a flight ticket through MakeMyTrip with Booking ID NF7AIVFZ[protected] on 6th January. It was a round trip flight from 13 January to 18 January from Kochi to Delhi. Two of three passengers (Nithya Tensimon and Shraddha Jayakrishnan) couldn't travel due to medical emergency. We asked for the refund for the same. Moreover the flight was cancelled after boarding and was rescheduled for the other passenger(Thamasi Tensimon). But even after repeated follow-ups (useless calls and mails), the amount has not been credited. Rather the costumer service is not ready to address the issue. They promised me to get updates within a day but fails for many attempts.

This amounts to deficiency in service and unfair trade practice. I request:
1. Immediate refund of the amount
2. Compensation for mental harassment and inconvenience
3. Cost incurred in pursuing the complaint
