Manappuram Finance — surplus amount not getting and not giving proper details

I was submitted my account details in the day of 16th of december, all my bank ifsc code and check to respectable branch with request letter. But after 20 is gone, the management are not giving proper information when i get the money, why they went to delay, what is the actual issue. Everytime if called them, they are telling all lies like, wait for 1 hour, to day last hour, tomarrow, with in 2 days,
Sorry and finally blank means no reply for my mail and not giving any answer to my phone. Just telling we will check and again after 2 days same words are came to me.

This is all about my surplus amount. They went to auction with my gold without any information to the right person and also i was submitted my mobile no change request in the same branch but they told me at the time of submission servers are busy so will update later but without any intimation blindly gone to auction in the month of July 2016. But still they are not submitted surplus amount details after i sent all my bank details and IFSC code also...
