Manappuram Finance — surplus amount not refunded

Dear sir,
I am cyril, my customer id no bearing [protected]. Udhayanagar branch bangalore-560016. The issue is regarding the surplus amount of my gold loan which was pledged and auction were done, once after auction done i received call from udhayanagar branch that surplus amount wil be credited to your account please get us bank details, i have personally went to branch and updated almost 4-5 times due to there negligent and error, and now it is been 3 months, stil amount is not been credited, if i call to branch there is negligent answer and also i raised complaint to [protected]@manappuram.com and customer center bearing tck/2018/04/0073902. Since than no action were taken against nor i received any call from either of the place. Branch employees and even customer center employees give fake commitments and never resolved the despite of many calls, please try to resolve the issue at earliest.
