I had Visited Maple Store Rcity Mall for Buying an Iphone 12 on 28th March 2021 & my invoice no is [protected].
I had clearly stated the Sales representative about buying the phone on EMI with Zero interest & confirmed with her if they have that facility. She said yes we also discussed with her about the tenure of 12 months. I got an email from HDFC Credit card regarding the same transaction wherein 1.5% p.m of Fixed Interest has been charged on the transaction of 8300 & now my phone is costing me 91500. Nobody in the store, Sales Representative of the billing representative informed us about the interest or charges. I called on the customer care & complaint about the same after 2 days i got a call from [protected] from some guy from the store he took the sales representative on the conference call, where she accepted that she has not informed us that EMI of 12 month is chargeable & uptil 6 months its zero interest, i told her i[censored] had informed me about it i would have opted for 3-6 months why would i go for 12 months & pay an extra 8500/- for which she said yes its a mistake from their side. I told her i wont be paying a single rupee extra for their mistake & review my tenure or whatever necessary for that she said now nothing can be done as its lockdown. I asked for her seniors number for which she did not provide any.
Why should a customer pay an extra 8500 for the negligence of Sales Representative ? Was this information helpful? |
