        This company is describing and selling the Jasmin Hair Oil as Coconut hair oil, whereas this contain only 29% cocnut oil, while it has 70% Mineral oil

        The company must stop selling this mineral oil as Coconut Hair oil immediately and stop misguiding consumers

              The dealer here in Dewas ( M.P.) is not giving any schemes. Dealer's firm name is Radhe Krishna Marketing. He is not coming to take order in market. Products like parachute and nihar shanti amla are very running items and therefore he is taking advantage of this thing. Please solve my problem.

                Resp. Sir/Madam,

                I had bought a Jumbo pack 600 ml of Parachute advanced coconut oil on 25 Feb 2021 from Amazon India site. Product was open later on after 2 months. I was using the product recently when I felt smell was very bad and oil was not clean.

                I called the Marico toll free number on 09th and 10th June for replacement. They told me that my mobile number is my complaint number and will receive a call within 24 hours. But till today 18th June which is almost over, I haven't received any calls.

                Attached are all the proof of purchasing and bad hair oil received.

                Please do the needful at the earliest.

                  I have been using saffola honey from past 6 months which I used to purchase from local stores. Due to lockdown I purchased Honey from online (flipkart) which seems adultared. I also complained abt this for which they said this is how they got it.I'm losing my trust on this product. Please look into this matter urgently.

                        This mail is in concern of my order no. MSF[protected] which was placed on 17/05/2021 delivered on 25/05/2021.
                        Order consisted of saffola total 5L jar with free coconut oil 250ml.
                        It is very shocking that a brand like saffola has delivered the free item expired.
                        Coconut oil manufactured in November 2019 with a expiry of 18months i.e. ending in april 2021. If I consider the manufacturing date to be 1st of November 2019 then the coconut oil has been delivered expired.
                        Delivering a food consumable product expired can be a danger to health and safety of a consumer.
                        I am attaching the photograph of the product delivered with the dates.
                        I can take this case to consumer forum as a violation to right of safety and seek redressal.
                        I want customer care to contact me as soon as possible to avoid any legal proceedings.

                          I have bought Half Kg Saffola Honey today from Star Bazaar. Hiney in the bottle is frozen and I can only see sugar being concentrated in the Bottle.

                          I thought am buying pure honey but all the I got was sugar syrup.

                          Saffola Honey purchased by you is 100% Pure and free from added sugars & any form of adulteration.

                          Crystallization of honey is a natural phenomenon and is an indicator of purity of honey. This has also been clearly declared on the Saffola Honey pack label. During crystallization, the glucose in honey precipitates out and this appears to be solidified or like crystals as noticed by you. Different varieties of honey will crystallize at different rates, and a few not at all.

                          Even if Honey crystallizes, it is completely safe to consume. The crystallized honey can be liquefied by simply placing the honey jar with the cap open, into warm to hot water or placing it under the sun light with continuous stirring until the crystals completely dissolve.

                            I have purchased 4.5kgs of honey thru Flipkart but 2 bottles are received with sugar deposits found in the bottom. I find that this honey is not genuine. Please clarify and help me in getting this exchanged and also let us know why such things are found in genuine honey bottles. My mob no. [protected]. I need an immediate explanation on this.                               My name is Samarth. I am posting this Complaint as I am making query about one of Marico Product " Parachute Hot Oil(deep conditioning) from past 4 5 months but your team which is sitting on 1800******** number just making me fool from, I called approx 12 15 times but never give me a simple answer is this product still available in the market or company stop the production . Just told me to wait sales team will call u in nxt 24 hrs . In last 4 5 months I never receive a single call from your sales team. Check your records from my number [protected] . How many called I dropped on your [protected] number.. I guess Marico started customer care number to make customer fool. I am a Consumer if I like one of your product and find some issue in getting that product so I thing Marico should help me if I reach Marico at any way. Your people sitting on Customer care table to make customer fool asked me to mail the picture and mailed them still they don't answer my simple question" Company still making product of stop production.

                                The honey I purchased few days back in March 2021 is only sugar and does not have honey at all. This is cheating. It is a pack of 1 kg and a smaller one but both are containing concentrated sugar. Not flowing like honey and semi solid- as they only contain sugar!

                                Crystallization of honey is a natural phenomenon and at lower temperatures or sometimes during storage, honey tends to crystallize and this appears to be solidified or like crystals as noticed by you. Different varieties of honey will crystallize at different rates, and a few not at all. Crystallization is an indicator of purity of honey & this aspect has also been clearly declared on the Saffola pack label.

                                You can liquefy crystallized honey by simply placing it in warm water or under the sun .

                                  The honey has gone bad. It has a strange smell and is very turbid in nature. We had ordered this item previously but had no complaints with it. Request you to kindly look into the matter as it was ordered for ailing senior citizen consumption.

                                    Hi team, the Saffola Honey bought in last October is adulterated. I bought 1 kg of honey and it is freezing in winters with crystals sticking around the body of the bottle. I am sure it has added sugar and not pure honey. I need serious action against it. This is not expected from a big brand like Saffola.

                                        I'm always use parachute oil for bathing. I purchased a parachute oil from a Retail shop. It's only been 5 days now. When i took it to use, water came out of it. WHAT IS THIS? If so, how we buy your product?
