I have purchased marq 1.5 ton 3 star split ac on flipkart with order id:od[protected]. The order date is[protected]. The ac is not working properly. I have raised complaint to marq customercare. Technician came and said gas was not there in the cylinder and gas leakage was there in the ac. Marq technician came and installed the ac. It is their fault without installing properly. They are saying gas filling charges will be applicable. We didn't even use 1 month also. Then how the entire gas go off. I need gas filling with free of cost. I advise the flipkart team don't promote such cheap brands. Because of the trust on flipkart i have purchased this product. By promoting this type of brands flipkart losing its goodwill.
