Had deposited money in Marshalls Worli curtain store under VAO scheme which is fully refundable according to their own policies if not used. When we asked for refund, we were given only half of the money back. We found that Vile Parle Marshalls wall covering department mishandled the refund and unethically used the above money as refund for "not as expected" product. This violates their own internal policy of transferring funds between departments. Now calls and emails to employees and management going unanswered - cannot believe that a company like Marshalls would stoop so low for such a small amount and are unable to sort out this when all evidence is given that the issue is from Marshalls end.
Very unethical behavior done by Marshalls employees in not refunding our money.
