Urgently update status on soft copy and hard copy of renewed policy

- as per the sms received on 09-aug-2018 soft was supposed to come in 4 hours, which was not received, on follow up with maruthi insurance on 21 aug as per the staff over the phone the soft was supposed to be forwarded in 2 minutes, which was not again send

- as per the sms received on 09 aug hard copy was supposed to come within 7 to 10 day

The soft copy and hard copy not received till date

This is very unprofessional service from maruthi insurance

The call center number mentioned on the web site unable to reach

Can some one responsible look into this as soon as possible fix the issue on urgent bases
