The vehicle suffered loss in the month of July 2021, due to flood at Mahad, raigad, maharashtra, and the vehcile was towed to Plot No.9, Midc, Taluka: Panvel Dis: Raigard Navi Mumbai, Taloja, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra 410208.

The vehicle was declared total loss, since the car was beyond repair condition. As per the policy the vehicle is covered under return to invoice cover. however, the insurance company did not settle the claim as per the contract coverage instead, smartly have remitted INR 255, 000.00 to me & have left me at the mercy of the salvage buyer for recovery of scrap value.
This is gross cheating on the behalf of insurance company & need to raise complaint & be heard on this behalf.
