Maruti Suzuki — 4 MONTHS NEW ERTIGA ENGINE FAILED | |||
On 17th May 2015 while traveling to native place our vehicle got stoped and surprisingly we come to know our vehicle engine is not working and we called the nearest authourised service CENTRE of maruti city mahabubnagar teleghana RI JAYARAMA MOTORS PVT LTD PEOPLE OVER THERE HELPED US.They confirmed us after taking the vehicle to service centre that the crankshaft and nut which connect the high pressure pump is broken IMMEDIATLY I did called to Chavan motors but no body responded positively and never contacted EVEN today My question is japanese companies follow zero defect quality process and this major quality issue not looked into and addressed and i have been told by TSM from hyderabad that they will replace parts which got broken but why should i suffer and defective defective engine and accept that. i am requesting for complete replacement of engine as engine of company delivered from factory will be always good one than the repaired once and is always not going to have feel of new vehicle BUT I AM HELPLESS CHAVAN MOTORS IS NOT RESPONDING AND NOT HELPING AND I BELIVE I DID MISTAKE BY TAKING VEHICLE FROM CHAVAN MOTORS AND MARUTI COMPANY MARUTI SUZUKI ERTIGA REGISTRATION MH13 BN 4259 Was this information helpful? | |||
