Maruti Suzuki — about my Celerio-VXI Green (CNG) booking

Dear Sir/Madam, I have booked a Celerio VXI-Green (CNG), Gray color on 27.03.2015 through your Safdarjung showroom (SE Ashish Kapoor). I was promised that I will get the vehicle within 10 days. Today, the 9th days since booking, I have not got any information from the Sales executive. So to my surprise, when i called the Sales Executive-Mr. Ashish Kapoor this morning, I was told that it will take another 4/5 days, but he is not sure. When I was promised 10 days, why should I wait for another 4/5 days more. Had i been told to wait for this long, I could have thought for some alternative.
