Maruti Suzuki — about new vehicle delivery

I booked a new maruti celerio zxi car colour white at Navneet motors, udaipur, rajasthan on 7th of February, 2015. After booking, there was a commitment to me from Navneet motors that car will be delivered in next 15 days, but the delivery of the vehicle is not yet done and also no response is provided to me till today of my queries ! I don't understand why company is behaving like this. Such a behaviour of the company affects the trust of customer for dealing in future too. Please make sure that the delivery of the vehicle shall be done soon and also satisfy my queries as soon as possible.
