In the recent floods at Chennai, my maruti dzire car bearing registration number TN-09-BC-8946 got submerged in to water. I made a complaint to your office at delhi on 7th Dec 2015 for availing the towing service. After registering my complaint they assigned a complaint number 938511 on 7th Dec 2015.
Since my complaint was not addressed till 13th Dec 2015, I contacted them again on 14th Dec 2015. (around 10.30AM). The response was poor. They have asked me to wait for some more time to get my complaint addressed. But in the process, they have also registered a fresh complaint (complaint no 940957) to create an impression as if I have made the complaint on 14th Dec 2015 only.
When I again asked the reason for registering a fresh complaint, they are not able to give proper answer.
My car is regularly serviced at Maruti Service Masters at Guindy, Chennai and I am also having a valid AMC with them. Since all my efforts to get a favourable reply have failed, I am bringing this to your notice for an early resolution
