Maruti Suzuki — cheeting against new purchased vehicle by me on 26 feb 2015

Respected Sir /Madam, I had booked a new Maruti EECO from Jagrut showroom Ratnagiri DIST the problem is while booking the vehicle i was told that the vehicle is completely new and has no problem as the vehicle mfg is of 2013. But after purchasing the vehicle we have faced a lots of problems against this vehicle i.e 1.The vehicle is completely rusted internally and it is re touch up 2.Rear deprecesssion part was changed with the MMS vehicle at Kudal showroom. 3.Rear doors cannot be opened and if opened cannot be locked. 4.Vehicle mfg was found 2012 on the RC book and the vehicle was sold saying mfg 2013 with A/C while the vehicle is non A/C. 5.Car patch has been filled toward the joints from inside the vehicle Sir/Madam we have been complete cheeted by the show Room on purchasing the vehicle therefore we are not interested in this vehicle so please give the feed back
