Maruti Suzuki — colour fading with blackish spots !!!!

Dear Sir / Madam, This is regarding my vehicle Maruti Alto with below details :- Reg Date : 25/02/2008 CH. No. : MA3EYD81S01086927 E NO. – F8DN1207666 COLOUR – P. SILVER With this email I would like to communicate with your offices that there are some spots of color fading Coming on my car which are increasing day by day and its color is fading with dark spots. In this regard I Have visited Maruti Service Station in Industrial Area Phase – 1 Chandigarh (Autopace). The service station treated me well however regarding this problem they ask me to contact Maruti company Directly as there is guarantee of color (Life time) and it should not fade in this manner. I request your offices to please help me in this matter as I am little disappointed with product – quality and Vehicle is looking dirty which is awkward for me. Kindly revert at your earliest.
