This is to inform you that I am very much disappointed with maruti suzuki dealer and salesperson. I already have lodged a complain at call center (complain no: [protected]) but dealer is not taking it seriously. All the details to call center are provided by me.
On 20/8/2016 one maruti sales person and true value executive came to my home and valuate my ford figo (AS-01AZ-1174) Rs 1.5 lakhs, , , , , I agree and they took my vehicle to dealer. On 24/8/2016 they gave me a written invoice (money recipe) against my exchanged car. My car loan was not ready so I told them that I will inform them once my loan is ready. On October when my loan is ready I approached them and they told me they cant give me a exchange value of Rs 1.5 lakh (showing me some of technical reason with my old car after 2 months) and said to take return my old car if I am not agree. So I am lodging this complain.
Here are some open questions which are not clear to me.
i) if they cant give me a exchange value of 1.5 lakh then why they give me money receipt.
ii) they are showing some technical fault on my old car( my car is with dealer for last 2 months, dealer can defect my car )
iii) if dealer cant give that value why they keep my car for 2 months with them.
If my problem will not be solved by maruti satisfactorily i will register my complain at government consumer forum and other legal action against company and dealer.
