Dear Sir/Madam Sub: Complaint against Vehicleades, Pathankot, branch Jasur Last month I was informed by Vehicleades, Pathankot, branch Jasur, that if we purchase any Maruti car, we will get discount of Rs.10000/- on purchase. The SBI Branch Jasur issue D.O to vehicleades, pathankot, branch jasur on 28th Aug, 2014 for purchase of car, modelSwift LDI. We got the delievery of car on 1 Sept, 2014. The vehicleades branch Jasur refused to give the discount of Rs.10, 000/- and informed us that now the offer is not there. I felt like cheated. Every year I purchase atleast one car of Maruti but after this episode, I will never purchase any car of Maruti as company has lost the hold on the words they commit to there regular customers. I already filed complaint in Akosha one month back, the complaint number is 1035826. But still there is no response.
