I'd purchased new Swift Dzire (Reg No HR 51 AY 7252) on 10th Jan'14 from their dealership TCS Automobile with extended warranty of two years. I'd never received any call from workshop of TCS Automobile for after sale service. So I always personally visit at their workshop for service. When 20000 KM service was due I was not available to visit personally at their workshop. So I called them for pick and drop facility but no one even bothered to listen my request.
I'd plan for manali on those days so I get my car serviced from nearest local workshop "Car Care Center" at Faridabad.
I've visited at their workshop for 30000 KM service where there was a defect in link road which had to be replaced under warranty policy but they denied that and gave reason that 20000 KM was not serviced from Maruti Authorized service station.
This is really ridiculous and they are blackmailig the customers. Kindly intervene in this matter and help me so that my car will be covered under their warranty policy.
